In your first session, your therapist welcomes you into a calm, private space where you can lay down what’s been heavy. Together, we begin shaping your path toward change.

Phase 2 – Discover & Heal
As the sessions unfold, we journey deeper — noticing patterns, softening old wounds, and making sense of tangled thoughts. Whether through CBT, trauma-informed care, creative expression, or quiet conversation, every moment moves at your pace, never rushed.

Available consultation formats 

At Reboot, psychotherapy is currently offered exclusively through in-person sessions at our counselling center in Tirupur. We believe that face-to-face interaction provides the most effective, personal, and emotionally safe environment for deep therapeutic work.

Please note: Online video counselling and tele-counselling are not available for psychotherapy at this time, as we prioritise the power of in-person connection to foster meaningful healing and growth.
