Team Reboot conducted an interactive and experiential workshop on Digital Detox, addressing a key concern of today’s generation. The session helped students understand the importance of balanced screen use, healthy daily routines, peer interaction, and physical activity for emotional and social growth.
Through a fun experiential activity, students experienced the difference between solitary mobile use and engaging in team-based physical games. They explored how real-life interactions create lasting memories, joy, bonding, and confidence—far beyond virtual experiences. By the end of the session, students gained a practical understanding of mindful technology use and the value of staying present and connected in everyday life.
